Features of the Q-7 Carpet Cutting Machine
- One person can unroll, inspect, measure, cut, reverse roll, and wrap all your carpet and vinyl simply and accurately.
- The Q-7’s steel frame incorporates laser-cut precision and is welded, not bolted, providing you with the strongest and most durable machine frame available.
- The touchscreen PLC control includes multiple preset cut storage and product settings. Foot and inch counter automatically slows down the machine then stops precisely at the programmed measurement.
- Automatic variable speed control allows the user to choose a comfortable speed or slow down the machine for inspection.
- The Q-7 can easily be moved on its industrial strength casters. Engage the lifting brakes to raise the machine off the floor and keep it stationary.
- Wrap-around foot cable control provides the operator with a way to engage the rollers from the front or side of the machine. Makes wrapping and taping rolls simple.
One Person Operation
Wrap-around foot cable control, spring-loaded roll-up arm, speed control, auto-run feature, and open-ended cradles provide for ease of use.

Circular Cutter
Self-sharpening circular blade rotates as it moves down the cutting track. The hold-down guard covers the blade and keeps material tight while cutting.
Longer blade life reduces blade changes and increases efficiency!
User Friendly Controls
Directional switches control the rollers – the yellow push button activates them. Speed selection dial, expanded PLC interface, and emergency stop button.
An auto-run feature makes operating the machine even simpler!
Cut Piece Removal
All Accu-Cut machines are equipped with a cut piece dumping mechanism to offload your cut length.
Make multiple cuts off of one roll without using your forklift to remove the cut length!
Adjustable Load Cradle
The Q-7’s open-ended, beltless load cradle holds even the largest rolls. The cradle features a roll improver that adjusts the position of the roll.
This ensures you get a square cut and that the material rolls up straight every time!
Reverse Roll
Rolling carpet or vinyl pile/pattern side out is a simple one-person, one-step process.
Keep your remnants clean and easily wrap them for display!
Touchscreen PLC Control
Includes a touchscreen foot & inch counter, preset cut storage system, security keypad, cut counter, change blade reminder, multiple product settings, and more.
The machine will automatically stop precisely at the programmed length!
Inspect Material
Material can easily be inspected as it travels across the tabletop.
Inspect the carpet and vinyl before it goes out the door!
