Accu-Cut / Brockie International Announces Acquisition of Super Cut
(Tavares, Florida – October 29, 2002) Accu-Cut / Brockie International announced today that it has acquired cutting machine manufacturer SuperCut, Inc. of Central City, Kentucky.
“We see the purchase of SuperCut as an opportunity to increase our customer base and strengthen our presence with industry organizations such as Carpet One. We also look forward to providing SuperCut owners with the benefits of our service and technical support capabilities,” stated Scott Brockie, CEO of Brockie International. “SuperCut was the original company in the ‘retail cutting machine industry’ and developed a loyal customer base over the past 15 years. Our goal is to maintain the loyalty of the SuperCut owner through our service and the exclusive features found on our Accu-Cut line of cutting machines.”

Founded in 1990, Brockie International, Inc. is the largest supplier of floor covering cutting equipment in North America. Brockie International’s corporate offices and equipment showroom are located in Tavares, Florida.
