The Service Department team has been supporting Accu-Cut owners worldwide for more than 36 years. Combining deep expertise with a strong commitment to customer care, the team ensures that every machine performs at its best and every customer receives timely support. From remote troubleshooting to on-site service, they deliver practical solutions with efficiency and precision. In addition, the team manages scheduling and incoming calls seamlessly, ensuring quick responses and effective resolutions to keep customers running without interruption.
Preventative Maintenance Plan
We offer a program called the Preventative Maintenance Plan, or “PM Plan”—a popular tune-up service that many Accu-Cut customers rely on year after year. The cost is $445 per visit, with no payment due until after the service is completed.
Some customers schedule a PM every six months, others once a year, and some only as needed based on usage. We have 7 full-time technicians who travel nationwide, performing these preventative maintenance visits with expertise and care.
This plan not only helps prevent costly repairs down the line but also serves as a great opportunity for new warehouse staff to get familiar with the machine’s features and proper maintenance.
