The IVC-15, featuring pneumatic controls, will quickly process even the largest rolls of flooring.

	One person can unroll, inspect, measure, cut, reverse roll and wrap all your carpet and vinyl simply and accurately.
	User friendly Programmable Logic Controller – PLC – ensures accuracy for all types of flooring no matter how thick the pile or what type of backing.
	Designed to accommodate the largest rolls of carpet and heaviest rolls of vinyl, the IVC-15's "clam shell" load cradle will process your cut orders accurately and efficiently.
	Automatic variable speed control allows the user to choose a comfortable speed or slow down the machine for inspection.
	Wrap around foot cable control provides the operator with a way to engage the rollers from the front or side of the machine. Auto-run feature makes wrapping and taping rolls simple.
	The IVC-15 can easily be moved on its industrial strength casters. Leveling legs raise the machine off the floor and keep it stationary.


CIRCULAR CUTTER	REVERSE ROLL
Self-sharpening circular blade rotates as it moves down the cutting track. Hold down guard covers the blade and keeps material tight while cutting. Longer blade life reduces blade changes and increases efficiency!	The IVC-15’s advanced double roller re-roll system tightly re-rolls material providing an effortless one-step process for reverse rolling. Keep your remnants clean and easily wrap them for display!


ADJUSTABLE, SQUARING CRADLE	INSPECT MATERIAL
The IVC-15’s pneumatically controlled load cradle can be adjusted in three ways: shuttle forward or backward for positioning, pivot either end for squaring the material or use the 'clam shell' design to adjust for roll diameter. Provides full control!	Material can easily be inspected as it travels across the tabletop. Inspect the carpet and vinyl before it goes out the door!


ADVANCED VARIABLE SPEED	PLC CONTROL
'Infinite' speed control dial directs the variable frequency drives which automatically adjust each cradle to the proper speed. This advanced feature makes the IVC-15 even more user friendly!	PLC system includes an auto-stop foot and inch counter, cut storage system, security keypad, cut counter, change blade reminder, multiple product settings and more. The PLC communicates with most flooring software programs for bar code capability!


ROLL REMOVAL	CUTS VINYL
Dumping mechanisms will remove the cut piece from the roll-up cradle and remove the material from the load cradle. Add a roll feeding table for the ultimate in cutting efficiency!	All ACCU-CUT machines will measure, cut and roll vinyl. You won't every have to worry about damaging vinyl by rolling it out on the floor!
