	One person can unroll, inspect, measure, cut, reverse roll and wrap all your carpet and vinyl simply and accurately.
	The J-2's steel frame incorporates laser cut precision and is welded, not bolted, providing you with the strongest and most durable machine frame available.
	PLC control includes multiple preset cut storage and product settings. Foot and inch counter automatically slows down the machine then stops precisely at the programmed measurement.
	We have designed an affordable cut and roll machine that is very reliable and extremely simple to operate.
	The J-2 takes up little space and is simple to move on its industrial strength casters. Lifting brakes keep the machine stationary while in use.
	Wrap around foot cable control provides the operator with a way to engage the rollers from the front or side of the machine. Makes wrapping and taping rolls simple.


ONE PERSON OPERATION	FAST, STRAIGHT CUTS
Wrap around foot cable control, spring loaded roll up arm, speed control, auto run feature and open ended cradles provide for ease of use. All are standard features on the J-2!	Patented, two direction, chain driven cutter uses standard blades and applies pressure to the material being cut. Get a straight, clean cut every time!


USER FRIENDLY CONTROLS	CUT PIECE REMOVAL
Directional switches control the rollers and cutter - the yellow push buttons activate them. Speed selection switch, easy to use PLC interface and emergency stop button. An auto-run feature makes operating the machine even simpler!	All Accu-Cut machines are equipped with a cut piece dumping mechanism to off load your cut length. Make multiple cuts off of one roll without using your forklift to remove the cut length!


SPACE SAVING DESIGN	REVERSE ROLL
The J-2's convenient fold-in cradles minimize the floor space required. At 48 inches wide the J-2 can easily be stored under your storage rack!	Rolling carpet or vinyl pile/pattern side out is a simple one person, one step process. Keep your remnants clean and easily wrap them for display!


PLC CONTROL	DUAL SPEED CONTROL
Advanced control system includes a foot & inch counter, preset cut storage system, security keypad, multiple product settings and more. The machine will automatically stop precisely at the programmed length!	The dual speed control allows users to backroll remnants neatly and tightly around a core
