	One person can unroll, inspect, measure, cut, reverse roll and wrap all your carpet and vinyl simply and accurately.
	PLC control includes multiple preset cut storage and product settings. Foot and inch counter automatically slows down the machine then stops precisely at the programmed measurement.
	Designed to accommodate the largest rolls of carpet and heaviest rolls of vinyl, the Q-9’s “clam shell” load cradle will process your cut orders accurately and efficiently.
	Electronic eyes and pneumatically controlled shuttle load cradle adjust the roll to automatically eliminate any walking or coning.
	The Q-9’s load cradle can be adjusted in three ways: shuttle forward or backward for positioning, pivot for squaring the material and use the “clam shell” design to adjust for roll diameter.
	Wrap around foot cable control provides the operator with a way to engage the rollers from the front or side of the machine. Makes wrapping and taping rolls simple.


ONE PERSON OPERATION	CIRCULAR CUTTER
Wrap around foot cable control, air powered roll up arm, speed control, auto run feature, adjustable load cradle and automatic anti-cone control provide for ease of use. All are standard features on the Q-9!	Self sharpening circular blade rotates as it moves down the cutting track. Hold down guard covers blade and keeps material tight while cutting. Longer blade life reduces blade changes and increases efficiency!


USER FRIENDLY CONTROLS	MATERIAL REMOVAL
Directional switches control the rollers - the yellow push button activates them. Speed selection dial, easy to use expanded PLC interface and emergency stop button. Pneumatically powered roll-up arm and load cradle make operating the machine even simpler!	Air powered dumping mechanisms will remove the carpet or vinyl from both the roll up cradle and the load cradle. Add a roll feeding table for the ultimate in cutting efficiency!


ADJUSTABLE, SQUARING CRADLE	REVERSE ROLL
The Q-9’s load cradle can be adjusted in three ways: shuttle forward or backward for positioning, pivot for squaring the roll and use the “clam shell” design to adjust for roll diameter. Effortlessly provides full control over the material!	The Q-9’s advanced double roller re-roll system tightly re-rolls material providing a simple one step process for reverse rolling. Keep your remnants clean and easily wrap them for display!


PLC CONTROL	ANTI-CONE CONTROL
Includes a foot & inch counter, preset cut storage system, security keypad, cut counter, change blade reminder, multiple product settings and more. The machine will automatically stop precisely at the programmed length!	As material moves across the tabletop electric eyes detect any movement and quickly adjusts the load cradle forward or backward to the proper position. Automatically eliminates any walking or coning!
